Things I'm Loving

Here are some of my current obsessions on this rainy Wednesday afternoon!


1. The Voice - I am BEYOND obsessed with this show! I don't know what exactly it is about it, but definitely check it out if you haven't yet! I think my favorite part is the blind auditions when the coaches are turned around and can only judge by the quality of your voice! I love that! Plus I LOVE the coaches this season!!

2. Stress Relief Candle & Lotion- As finals and graduation approaches I LOVE using my stress relief lotion and burning my candle every day! It literally puts me in the best mood! Both are from B&BW!

3. MemoirofaPreppyMom on Instagram- I just recently started following a lot of preppy instagram accounts because I love looking at the outfits they put together. But this mom is the CUTEST! She has so many fabulous outfits, some even matching with her daughter. I hope I am a preppy mom one day! 

4. Marley Lilly Seersucker Koozie- My sorority recently won a contest with Marley Lilly which involved a $1,000 giftcard we could spend! So we decided to all get the seersucker koozies for the end of the semester! OBSESSED

When life hands you lemons...

I am totally obsessing over these LEMON Kate Spade Keds Sneakers! They are perfect for spring and summer outfits, not to mention oh so fun!

Yellow has become one of my favorite colors lately. In the past I have never been too fond of the color, but how can you not smile when you have it on? Below is a picture of me in a yellow quarter zip (stolen from my boyfriend). I love how BRIGHT it is! Of course I had to pair it with an ANCHOR hat, what DG wouldn't?! 

I have also been obsessing over making monogrammed phone backgrounds with the new Marley Lilly app! Here is a yellow gingham one I made!

Monogrammed Case

I just received the CUTEST phone sticker from an Etsy Store called MixandMatchonline!

I picked out the Preppy Bow with a Monogram Decal Sticker ( Navy & Pink ) and asked for it to be 2 inches so it could fit on the back of my phone. I love how it personalizes a plain case and makes it your own! It's also inexpensive at $3.50, which includes shipping :)

Marley Lilly-a-Holic

How can you not be a Marley Lilly-a-holic?! After their flash sale last night, I wanted to buy everything!! A few of the items I own from Marley Lilly I really LOVE!

I have the Monogrammed German Silver Gold Tone Taylor Bracelet show below. It is perfect to stack alongside my Alex & Ani bracelets! I think it instantly dresses up any outfit.

I also have the Monogrammed fleece vest shown in this outfit of the day from last semester. It is perfect to wear to class or the library. Pair it with a bow, some pearls & a diet coke and you are all set!

Although I have been really lusting over this glittery Monogrammed Sweatshirt. It is definitely on my wish list!

Cheers to a Preppy New Year!

 After being a complete fashion and lifestyle blog junkie I felt like it was a perfect time for me to start my own blog! I can't believe that 2014 is already here. 2013 seemed to fly by. As I enter the last semester of my college career I have started to try and get wardrobe pieces that will transition into the professional world.

I love that each of these looks are comfy, but presentable. I can throw them together before class and work them into my work outfits! C.Wonder had an AMAZING sale after Christmas. It was 50% off of clearance items so I got the sweater at a total bargain of $29 after tax!
